About Sean Duffy

Having worked internationally with multiple commodities across all mining company stages, Sean has experience working in Global Group accounting at BHP Billiton’s head office through to extensive exploration, development construction to fully operating mines and close out. Additionally, he has worked on exits, mergers and acquisitions and schemes of arrangement, multiple IPO’s, delisting, dual listing, and capital raising on all main markets.

He is a fully operational CFO that is as comfortable with a Board, shareholders and investors as well as the team on the ground who deliver the product. Sean is hands on and considers himself an entrepreneurial CFO who is adept at partnering with the Senior Management Team and Board.

Sean will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of operating globally to your team and guide them through governance as a priority.
