Anglo Asian Mining
CFO and CoSec of AIM listed gold producer based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Restructured $60M loan and renegotiated debt of $37M with European Bank. Lead all Investor Relations programs in the UK, redesigned Board reporting pack and introduced 13 week cashflow forecasting. Developed and mentored the Local finance and admin teams, extensive site presence with Operations.
Asian Mineral Resources
CFO of TSX-V listed Nickel Producer in Vietnam (Hanoi based). Balance sheet improvement by $23M loan removal and achieved US$6.5M Vat refund in country with repatriation of US$4M to Canadian parent Co. Developed in Country Finance, Admin, IT, Legal and Logistics teams and ran a Scheme of Arrangement with a Tin explorer.
Adriatic Metals Plc
Taking a company from less than £1m market capital to a near $600M market cap in my tenure, full start up and set up as CFO and CoSec including IPO on ASX and then on Main Board LSE including multiple Capital raising.
EMC Gold
CFO and CoSec TSX-V listed gold explorer. Delisted from TSX-V and listed on ASX – multiple Capital raising
Gumtree Management Services Limited – Rwanda, Kazakhstan and Guatemala and Scotland
